Rubber masterbatch TCY-70

Carrier types can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to ECO/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and acrylate rubber carriers are also supported.

Compared with traditional powdered TCY, Actmix® TCY-70GEO F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material TCY with a particle size of 100µm has been fully sieved. After being processed into masterbatches, no dust will fly,
and it will not cause skin allergies, protecting the health of operators;
Masterbatch TCY-70 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier,
and the average particle size of raw material TCY reaches 8µm, which effectively ensures the activity of TCY;
The masterbatch will not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of TCY in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion products, reducing the reject rate,
and improving production efficiency; it has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G stands for granules, P stands for flakes, E stands for using EPDM as the carrier,
N stands for using NBR as the carrier, S stands for using SBR as the carrier,
A stands for using ACM as the carrier, EO stands for using ECO as the carrier,
F140 represents the filtration rating and the micron number of the filter mesh.
